What does it offer
We have a ion of single rooms. All of our rooms have their own mini-fridge and washbasin and youll find the showers and toilets close to your room. We provide you with bed linen, towels and soap. A German style (cheese,ham,croissants,boiled eggs etc) continental breakfast is included in the price, but we also have well-equipped kitchens for you to cook for yourself.
There is a shared lounge, which has satellite TV, a DVD player and a pool table. There's also an on-site launderette. We have a ed amount of car-parking spaces available on a first-come first-served basis.
The building is covered by a wireless, broadband internet system that can be used for basic web browsing and checking your emails. You will need your own PClaptop with an 802.11g compatible Wi-Fi card installed. How much is it
Rooms cost 25 per night (22 per night for students with a NUSISIC card) for the first 6 nights. For 7 nightsmore, the rate is 18 per night. This includes all taxes and service charges. There are no extra costs
If your booking is for more than 4 weeks long, you will have to pay 1 week's rent in advance to secure your booking. Note that this deposit is non-refundable, if you cancel your booking. Upon arrival, it goes towards your first week's rent.
